Welcome To The Northern New England Chapter of the APA

We Need Volunteers! This Chapter lost it's long standing President and has been inactive since 2016. We are looking for help to get the Chapter jump started and back on track! We need 2 or 3 people to take on the roles of President and Vice President. The APA CHAMPS Committee is willing to help us get things set back up, but we can't do it without you! If you're interested in helping out in any way, please contact Sue Noyes at

The NNEC has been an active chapter of the APA since 1991.  The Chapter was formed through the shared efforts of a few payroll professionals and is continuing to grow in membership population.  We currently have over 30 members.

Our Chapter holds local quarterly meetings, offering a variety of guest speakers including the IRS, local federal and state agencies, as well as our own talented members.  Our organization is comprised of local area payroll and human resource professionals, representing a variety of corporations such as manufacturers, hospitals, cities and towns, school districts, financial institutions, payroll services, insurance companies, utilities, etc.

We hope to count you among our members!
